Job Title: Global Talent Manager

At our firm, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient global mobility programs to support the movement of talent across the globe. Your role will involve delivering end-to-end tax advisory solutions, providing strategic guidance on cross-border remote work, and contributing to global workforce planning.

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organizations or professional services environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tax compliant global mobility programs that enhance talent mobility in a cost-effective manner.
  • Manage tax and regulatory challenges for business travellers, provide strategic guidance on cross-border remote work, and contribute to global workforce planning.
  • Offer expert guidance on home and host country tax reporting, assess individual tax residency, prepare tax returns and equalization settlements.
Required Skills:
  • Strong client relationship management skills, especially with executive-level assignees.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.
  • Strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries, combined with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work.
