Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled professional to drive global talent mobility and shape the future of international workforce management.

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage expertise in end-to-end mobility tax solutions, cross-border strategy & innovation, and tax reporting & governance expertise to strengthen global workforce planning and cross-border mobility.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs, as well as strong client relationship management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tax Advisory Services: Deliver comprehensive tax advisory services that support HR, payroll, and mobility teams throughout the assignment lifecycle.
  • Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation: Manage tax and regulatory complexities for business travellers and remote workers, offering strategic insights that enhance global workforce planning and cross-border mobility.
  • Tax Reporting & Governance Expertise: Provide guidance on home and host country tax obligations, assess individual tax residency, prepare returns and equalization settlements, and ensure audit-ready compliance across employment tax categories.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mobility Program Leadership: Extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services.
  • Client & Communication Excellence: Strong client relationship management and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries, with a flexible approach to work and ability to deliver under pressure.
