Your Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Mobility Solutions: Deliver comprehensive advisory services that support HR, payroll, and mobility teams throughout the assignment lifecycle, ensuring seamless talent mobility and cost-effective compliance.
  • Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation: Manage complex tax and regulatory environments for business travellers and remote workers, providing strategic insights that strengthen global workforce planning and cross-border mobility.
  • Tax Reporting & Governance Expertise: Provide expert guidance on home and host country tax obligations, assess individual tax residency, prepare returns and equalization settlements, and ensure audit-ready compliance across employment tax categories.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Mobility Program Leadership: Demonstrate extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services, including in-house and service provider environments.
  • Client & Communication Excellence: Exhibit strong client relationship management skills, particularly with executive-level assignees, and showcase exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combine strategic insight and commercial awareness with a flexible approach to work, delivering high-quality solutions and showcasing expertise through technology demos and other innovative approaches.
