Job Opportunity: Event Management SupervisorOverview of the RoleThe position of Event Management Supervisor is available at a major event venue. As an experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager/Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing F&B requirements and resources for various events, including music festivals, sporting events, exhibitions, trade shows, and the Sydney Royal Easter Show.

This role involves leading a team of up to 25 supervisors responsible for up to 300 staff. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all food & beverage requirements and resources for diverse range of events.
  • Lead a team of up to 25 supervisors responsible for up to 300 staff.
  • Administer pre- and post-event activities, including resource allocation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during events.
Requirements
  • Resilience and ability to adapt quickly and innovatively to the dynamics of large scale events.
  • Stamina to walk around a large site.
  • Intermediate skills in event management systems.
  • Current RSA certificate - essential.
  • Current NSW drivers license - essential.
