Whether they are here for a relaxing leisure holiday, attending large meetings and conferences, or celebrating a spectacular wedding, we are committed to delivering excellence at every turn.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication: Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.Guest Interaction: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.Leadership: Previous experience in leading and managing diverse teamsMultitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service under pressure.Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and enhanced guest satisfaction.Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor and presentation at all times, including impeccable grooming standards.Attention to Detail: Display strong attention to detail, especially when handling guest requests and performing tasks.Skills & ExperienceFood and Beverage experience: Relevant industry experience working and leading a high volume outlet.
