Lead Occupational Therapy Team and Manage Caseload

A dynamic leadership opportunity awaits an experienced Occupational Therapist to manage a team across Melbourne locations and hold a caseload in home, community, and company hubs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent leadership skills.

The role is full-time but part-time applicants are also encouraged to apply. The caseload will involve working with both adult and pediatric populations, assisting individuals with mental health, physical disabilities, and home modifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Occupational Therapy team across multiple locations in Melbourne
  • Hold a small clinic caseload in home, community, and company hubs
  • Work with adult and pediatric populations, addressing mental health, physical disabilities, and home modifications

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Successful candidates must undergo a Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screen
  • Desirable: experience working within the NDIS system
  • Must possess a valid Australian Driver's License
  • Full COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination required
Estimated Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
