Job Title: Rehabilitation Clinician - Mental Health

Job Summary:

The Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Clinician to join our team in Whyalla. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with consumers, families, and carers to provide holistic mental health services in community and rehabilitation settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to promote recovery and independence
  • Collaborate with other health professionals to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify consumer needs and goals
  • Provide education and training to consumers, families, and carers on mental health and rehabilitation strategies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Recognized Occupational Therapy qualification and eligibility for registration as an occupational therapist in Australia
  • Experience working in mental health and rehabilitation settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
