Performance and Reliability Expert

The ideal candidate will monitor, analyze and enhance the reliability, performance and resilience of IT systems and services to ensure consistent service delivery.

This role contributes to operational excellence by applying data-driven insights to proactively identify risks, implement preventative measures and recommend improvements to ensure systems meet agreed service levels and availability targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze system performance and reliability using enterprise observability tools.
  • Implement preventative measures to mitigate potential issues and ensure system availability.
  • Apply data-driven insights to improve service delivery and contribute to operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in IT operations or a similar support role within a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across various IT domains.
  • Experience with incident management processes and tools for efficient incident creation, escalation and resolution.
  • A solid understanding of foundational IT frameworks and principles of DevOps.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Benefits:

Base Salary Range: A$107,000.00/yr - A$119,000.00/yr

17% superannuation in addition to the base salary
