High-Performance Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineer to collaborate with our team in designing, developing, and executing performance test plans and test cases.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in performance testing and optimization of complex systems, including Big Data, Payments solutions, and multi-cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and test cases for Big Data, Payments solutions, and multi-cloud applications.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and data engineering teams to implement performance improvements.
- Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Utilize Microsoft Azure PaaS services, including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Spark, Cosmos DB, and Azure Data Lake for performance testing and optimization.
- Work with Cloudera Big Data technologies, Payments, Channel, Kafka, microservices, Teradata, and Oracle to assess and enhance performance.
- Manage batch processes and scheduling using Control-M scheduler.
- Provide detailed performance analysis reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide team members on performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Big Data performance testing and cloud technologies.
