About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at The Star Sydney. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue's menu and current promotions, including ingredients and preparation methods
  • Anticipate guests' needs to understand their preferences and provide personalized service and recommendations
  • Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen
  • Collaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless service
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including setting up and breaking down of the dining area
Requirements
  • Experience working in a high-end restaurant with the ability to articulate flavor profiles and recommend beverage pairings
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to provide a memorable experience
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours
  • Current NSW RSA card (or interim certificate)
