About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Workforce Expert to conduct comprehensive workforce analysis, including industry capacity assessments to support critical Defence programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake strategic workforce planning for a joint program, encompassing assessment of industry capacity to support the program.
  • Perform detailed workforce analysis for the program to inform fundamentals input to capability reviews.
  • Assist with reviewing existing positions, service resourcing, and establishment of new positions in accordance with draft workforce plans.
  • Inform and lead the production of a workforce plan to support the approach to government.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in workforce planning or scheduling.
  • A commercially strong individual who is comfortable working with ambiguity and customer-focused.
  • Ability to effectively explore issues and develop successful solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Australian citizen with a minimum of AGSVA NV1 security clearance. Non-citizens will be automatically excluded from the process.
