Job Description:

As a strategic workforce manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the planning and implementation of an effective workforce strategy for our Firefighting Services portfolio. This will involve driving operational and capability requirements to ensure seamless delivery across the contract.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in HR with an emphasis on workforce management and data analytics. Experience in a services-based environment, team management, and exceptional relationship building skills are essential. Additionally, talent and change management experience, excellent judgement, initiative, interpersonal and communication skills, and dispute resolution skills will be highly valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR or related field and/or combination of relevant experience and education.
  • Strong HR foundation with emphasis on workforce management and data analytics.
  • Experience in a services-based environment.
  • Proven team management skills.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills.
  • Talent and change management experience.
  • Excellent judgement, initiative, interpersonal and communication skills.
