About the Job

  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, office-based position
  • Providing front-desk support for our office, including participant enquiries and online support
  • Coordinating appointments and ensuring facilities are accessible for participants
  • Conducting research and investigation activities and preparing associated reports
  • Supporting planning teams by completing tasks that do not require delegation
  • Undertaking data entry activities and ensuring follow-up is completed
  • Receiving and recording complaints and feedback in our business systems

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience in administration is essential
  • Empathy towards people with a disability is crucial
  • Australian citizenship is required
