Alya is a registered NDIS provider of disability support services specialising in mental health, psychosocial disorders, and complex physical and intellectual disability presentations. We are very proud to be one of only 6% of providers that are registered to provide support to NDIS participants.

We deliver services across a wide geography in Southeast Queensland including Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast.

Our Case Managers (Participant Support Officers - PSOs) manage a capped portfolio of NDIS participants, providing them with supports via effective deployment of our field-based team of support workers.

As a Case Manager at Alya, you will foster and develop strong and effective relationships with a network of stakeholders. These include other Alya PSOs, participants, their families, health professionals, and occupational therapists to name a few.

Your ability to build trust-based relationships with a complex ecosystem of stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

Our planned growth has created an opportunity for our next Participant Support Officer, managing a Brisbane-based portfolio.

If you have strong values-based beliefs that centre around integrity, care, service, and achievement and have a great ability to build trust-based relationships with those around you we would like to hear from you.

You will have experience in a client facing role where your job is to have engaging and professional interactions with every stakeholder you deal with. You may be a corporate Executive Assistant, perhaps you come from customer support, retail or hospitality. We want people with a reputation for exceptional customer experience.

Maybe you are a Support Coordinator looking for a support delivery-centric role. If you are any of these backgrounds and skillsets, we would love to hear from you.

This role is based out of the Alya head office in Stones Corner where you will work with other PSOs and the corporate team to deliver timely and effective supports to Alya participants. You will be required to travel to meet with participants and other stakeholders.

Working at Alya not only gives you access to sector-leading professional and personal development programs, and an empowering and respectful working environment, Alya offers you the flexibility to work from home on approved days.

Your strong work ethic will be rewarded by a competitive salary and the opportunity for growth and progression.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Alya team.
