Role Overview

The Digital Design role is a dynamic opportunity to create innovative digital solutions. As a key member of the marketing function, you will concept, design, and produce digital creative campaigns for a leading retailer.

You will execute the digital creative elements of the Marketing programme, delivering visual communications that support the implementation of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create end-to-end digital creative assets, including email marketing, social media, and e-commerce collateral, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and quality assurance across all channels.
  • Work under tight deadlines to deliver on-brand collateral at a fast pace.
  • Manage content for multiple countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Malaysia.
About You
  • A minimum of 2+ years of digital design experience in an agency or retail design studio.
  • Tertiary qualification in Visual Communication (Graphic Design / Multimedia) or similar.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD) and working knowledge of Figma.
  • Experience across digital & social channels, including Meta, Google, email marketing, display advertising, and e-commerce.
  • Experience and understanding of frontend coding (HTML).
  • Basic motion/animation experience (After Effects, Animate or equivalent).
  • Experience with Customer Engagement Platform is highly regarded.
  • Strong stakeholder management – concepting, presenting, producing high-quality digital communications.
