As a key member of our creative team, we are seeking an experienced Creative Manager to drive the execution of innovative digital design strategies that align with our brand's creative vision.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead and inspire our dynamic creative team, manage workflow and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and developing team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and open communication. They will also provide creative direction and oversee the development of seasonal campaigns, events, and key brand moments.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in digital graphic design and project management, as well as expertise in creating presentations using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess strong creative thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

About the Role

  • Lead the digital creative team, managing workflow and allocating resources effectively to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and open communication.
  • Provide creative direction and oversee the development of seasonal campaigns, events, and key brand moments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, eCommerce, and Visual Merchandising, to align creative outputs with the brand's goals.
  • Assist with design projects as needed, maintaining a hands-on approach when necessary.
  • Ensure all creative outputs adhere to the brand standards and are aligned with our aesthetic and vision.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in creative roles, with a strong background in digital graphic design and project management.
  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience in the fashion industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, as well as project management software like Jira.
  • Expertise in creating presentations using tools like Adobe, Figma, Canva, or Microsoft Office.
