We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Payroll Professional to play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services, ensuring system reliability, compliance, and detailed reporting.
- Manage payroll and time management systems to ensure legislative and company policy compliance, maintaining employee records including new hires, terminations, pay adjustments, and leave.
- Process end-to-end payroll, including all relevant payments and statutory obligations, preparing payroll reconciliations, reports, and financial summaries to support management and compliance.
Achieving accuracy and efficiency is essential in this position. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and commitment to confidentiality are required.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years' experience running end-to-end payroll for large groups of employees.
- Experience with KeyPay payroll software is advantageous.
- A sound understanding of multi-state payroll legislation, awards, and taxation.
- Strong communication skills, working well with HR, Finance, and other internal teams.
