Scientific Laboratory Professional

We are seeking an experienced Scientific Laboratory Professional to join our global team.
This role involves preparing and analyzing soil, water, and sediment samples using various laboratory techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Science industry and excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analysing samples in accordance with our Quality Work Instructions and associated tasks.
- A key aspect of this role is ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently and within the set timeframe.
- The professional must also be able to identify any anomalies in results and sample type/behaviour.
- A genuine interest in the Science industry
- Either TAFE or University qualifications
- An ability to work in a high-throughput, client-focused environment with flexibility to work public holidays and weekend shifts if required
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Dedication to good laboratory practices with regard to quality of results and health and safety
- Ability to be cross trained in other sections of the laboratory
- Commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations
