Job Title: Corporate Client Acquisition Manager


This is a great opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to join Kennedy Reid, a global Insurance Brokerage, as a Business Development Manager. The Melbourne office is primed for growth, and this role will be focused on achieving growth in their mid-market/corporate space.


The Role



  • Build a sizeable and profitable portfolio of clients within the Melbourne area
  • Convert new client prospects into satisfied clients to support business development
  • Work in cooperation with external and internal stakeholders to organise meetings and presentations for clients to share industry knowledge

About You



  • Experience in a business development role within the Insurance space is essential
  • Drive and energy required to build a pipeline of business in the mid-market /corporate space
  • Ability to understand client needs and challenges
  • Experience in dealing with C-Suite and Senior Managers
  • Flexibility to operate in an evolving environment
