Project Development Manager

The role is responsible for the development of new projects from early stages to final investment decision. This includes managing project feasibility analysis, permitting and connection processes, and leading project meetings with a team of specialists.

  • Manage project development activities including land contracts negotiation and management, project feasibility analysis, and permitting and connection processes.
  • Prepare project development schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate and vet inputs needed for project evaluations.
  • Lead project meetings with the allocated project team and determine action items and responsibilities.
About The Role

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in project development for utility-scale renewable energy projects is essential.

  • 5+ years' experience in project development for utility-scale renewable energy projects.
  • Understanding of the regulatory framework for renewable energy projects.
  • Knowledge of relevant revenue streams for renewable energy.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS-Project).
