As a NSW State Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences across your region. You'll have the opportunity to lead by example, build strong teams, and shape the future of our company.

Your key responsibilities will include inspiring leadership, clear communication, loss prevention, recruiting passionate and customer-focused team members, and state oversight. To thrive in this role, you'll need at least five years of management experience in retail or customer/sales-focused industries, proven ability to manage a large portfolio of sites in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of customer experience and commitment to continual improvement.

  • Manage a dynamic team of Regional Managers across 50+ stores within New South Wales
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork throughout the region
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members to achieve sales and service goals
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans to address these areas

You will also be responsible for managing all stores within your state, ensuring they meet our high standards and achieve growth targets. If you're a motivated and results-driven leader who is passionate about fashion and customer service, we'd love to hear from you

Requirements:
  • At least five years of management experience in retail or customer/sales-focused industries
  • Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of sites in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and commitment to continual improvement
  • Flexibility and readiness to travel interstate and internationally as required
