Requirements
  • Experience leading customer-focused tech services in complex organisations
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, Intune, Teams, Exchange) and a practical approach to implementation and support
  • Familiarity with governance tools like AvePoint to deliver secure, efficient collaboration in Microsoft 365
  • Hands-on experience with simulation, visualisation, room bookings, digital signage, and AV/VC systems
  • Skills in supporting and integrating a wide range of devices
  • A track record of delivering major ICT initiatives with strong problem-solving and big-picture thinking
