About the Role

This 12-month opportunity has become available in our People & Culture Team based in Adelaide Head Office. The role reports directly to the General Manager People & Culture and involves delivering human resource services through the provision of advice and guidance to leaders, employees, and internal HR stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advisory support to employees and leaders to ensure continuous upgrading of people capability and implementation of people processes.
  • Use tools, guides, and relevant information to support leader and employee queries.
  • Coach and guide leaders as necessary through HR annual processes including performance review systems, bonus and salary review, and development plans.
  • Provide initial advice and assistance on policies, procedures, legislation, and enterprise agreements.
  • Participate in or lead performance management cases as required.
  • Contribute to the success of change programs aligned with Santos' vision, values, and commercial priorities.
  • Facilitate and present HR programs as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Psychology and bring previous experience in a customer-facing, HR service-oriented role. You should display strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to meet competing deadlines while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
