Land Surveying Professional

As a senior survey professional, you will provide expert guidance and ensure high-quality outcomes for land & strata development projects.

This role involves overseeing land & strata surveying projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include managing a survey team, calculations and deliverables, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, legislation and standards, collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate & reliable survey outputs & Title advice, providing expert advice and support to clients and stakeholders, mentoring and supporting junior surveyors and team members, and travel within NSW.

The position requires a Registered Land Surveyor (NSW) with relevant qualifications and 5+ years post registration experience. Proven experience in large scale land & strata development projects is essential. Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee land & strata surveying projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage a survey team and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy and reliability.
