Experienced Surveyor – Sunshine Coast

ONF Surveyors is looking for experienced surveyors to join our growing Brisbane team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead a variety of projects across Southeast Queensland, with a strong focus on development and construction.

Our Sunshine Coast office is based in Maroochydore, well-positioned to support clients from Caboolture, Sunshine Coast & Gympie regions. The work is diverse, the team is collaborative, and the projects are meaningful.

About the role

You'll be involved in:


• Land and construction surveys for development projects


• Pre-survey research and office calculations


• Fieldwork for feature, boundary and building surveys (aligned to your registration level)


• Data analysis and reporting using modern equipment and software


• Working closely with clients, contractors and stakeholders


• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

What we're looking for


• A degree or diploma in Surveying (or working towards one)


• 3–5 years' experience in development surveys, ideally with or working towards Cadastral Endorsement


• Strong technical skills with survey equipment and CAD software


• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset


• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently


• A valid QLD driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
