We are currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive Rental Coordinator to fill this key role within our operations.

Job Summary:

This position involves coordinating the rental process from initial enquiry to delivery of equipment, ensuring seamless communication between departments and customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers professionally, developing quotes, raising purchase orders, and coordinating transport activities for equipment collection and delivery.

They will also be responsible for logging service calls, assigning technicians as needed, and coordinating customer site compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
