Field Forklift Mechanic/Service Technician Job Summary

As a skilled Field Forklift Mechanic/Service Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers while performing routine maintenance and safety checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair material handling equipment within designated territories and customer bases
  • Utilize cutting-edge field-based mobile technology to manage daily work schedules effectively
  • Accurately record inventory on company-supplied service vans and customer sites
  • Gain valuable experience working with top-tiered customer bases in Australia
  • Perform regular maintenance, complete service work, including proactive and reactive tasks, and maintain accurate records of performed services
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs efficiently
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
