Mobile Equipment Maintenance Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the maintenance and performance of our mobile equipment fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a skilled team to ensure optimal equipment availability aligned with project timelines.
- Oversee on-site service contracts and ensure all KPIs and service expectations are met.
- Drive high standards in equipment health, reliability, and asset performance.
- Build and nurture strong working relationships with clients.
- Promote a culture focused on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A relevant nationally recognised trade qualification.
- Mining Supervisor Certifications – G1, G8, G9 and G2.
- Standard 11 Competency.
- At least 5 years' experience managing heavy equipment maintenance in both workshop and field environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy earthmoving equipment commonly used in mining operations.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and understand operational needs.
- Solid understanding of HSET standards within QLD mining.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen aligned with project goals.
