About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Asuria. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to customers, including processing information and facilitating the matching of suitable candidates for available positions.
  • Collaborate with employers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Manage customer feedback, complaints, and desired resolutions accurately and thoroughly.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled in accordance with our company's customer service standards.

Requirements:

  • Administration experience is preferred.
  • Employment services industry experience is desired but not essential.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, finance, marketing, recruitment, and/or management delivery.
  • Certificate level (or above) in Business Administration or employment services is desired but not essential.
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, clients, stakeholders, and community.
