We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited. As a key member of our Customer Service and Administration Team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face customer service, greeting customers and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Ensure customers have the best experience within the branch, answering inquiries and providing support to the manager and daily operations.
- Effectively communicate with customers, providing updates on delivery lead times and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Undertake repair inspections on vehicles and explore customer needs, educating them on our full scope of services.
- Issue invoices and raise job authorities as required, scheduling repair bookings and sourcing suitable resolutions to customer concerns.
About You:
- Professional communication and presentation skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A current driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
