Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IPC practices, providing education and coaching to staff">
  • Conduct audits and reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes">
  • Review staff health and administer vaccinations, managing the cold chain">
  • Consult with evidence-based resources to update frameworks, guidelines, and procedures">
  • Support staff development through mentoring and quality improvement initiatives">
