About Our Opportunity

Job Overview
  • This position encompasses a diverse range of functions in workers compensation and rehabilitation, offering opportunities to leverage expertise and develop skills.
  • You will collaborate with the Workers Compensation team and the Work Health Safety and Wellbeing team on key initiatives and projects.

To Be Successful You Will Need:

  • 2-5 years experience in the NSW workers compensation scheme or self-insurance, with a comprehensive understanding of NSW workers compensation legislation and SIRA guidelines.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a prominent level of organisation, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems, with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
  • Sound written and verbal communication, with a divisive and flexible approach to work.

Desirable Skills:

  • Certificate IV in Personal Injury Management, Return to Work Coordination, or similar.
  • Experience working with icare or other scheme agents, as well as WC and Injury management platforms e.g., SBC / Salesforce.
