Lead Culture Ambassador

The successful candidate will have a vital role in promoting positive workplace culture and championing employment-related compliance within the childcare sector. As part of our team, you will contribute to fostering an inclusive environment and implementing effective HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merger Integration: Manage the end-to-end HR process for mergers and acquisitions, including conducting due diligence reviews, preparing reports, reviewing industrial relations and employment compliance, and coordinating onboarding tasks.
  • Culture Support: Deliver timely and accurate support and guidance on incoming employment-related matters through the HR inbox and main phone line.
  • System Administration: Support People System project work, maintain up-to-date system documentation, and assist in resolving technical issues.
  • Training Development: Conduct training sessions on P&C Compliance related topics, People Systems, employment legislation, internal policies, and HRIS self-service capabilities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes, proactively suggesting enhancements to current HR processes and practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in Early Childhood or a similar operating environment (desired).
  • Studying towards or hold a Diploma or Bachelor of Business/Human Resource Management degree.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, childcare regulations, and industrial awards.
  • Proficiency in producing reports and data analysis using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • High-level computer literacy and experience with HRIS systems.
