As one of Australia's leading NDIS providers, our Employment Solutions portfolio offers meaningful employment opportunities that foster inclusion, independence, and community connection.We're seeking a compassionate and proactive Workplace Inclusion and Support Officer to lead and support initiatives, guide Employment Coaches, and drive process improvements that enhance the experience and outcomes for employees we support.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of committed Employment Coaches in supporting employees with disabilities or other barriers to employment to succeed in their careers.
This includes supporting transitions to work, transitions to open employment, and transitions to retirement.Oversee induction, goal development and NDIS plan preparationEnsure effective use of NDIS funding and align workforce planning with business needs.Mentor and guide Employment Coaches in person-centred, rights-based employment supports, including complex case management, behaviour support and trauma-informed approaches.Lead learning and professional development across the site, including training of Employment Coaches, training of employees that we support and ensuring compliance with changing legislative requirements.Lead business improvement processes for all ECs, identifying and implementing innovative and effective solutions to processes, policies and procedures.What You'll BringMinimum 2 years' experience in a related fieldDesirable qualification: bachelor's degree in social work or similarExperience in disability support, social work, adult education, or supported employmentKnowledge of trauma-informed care and NDIS standardsProficiency in MS Office and client safety systemsWillingness to obtain Blue Card, Yellow Card and National Police CertificateBenefitsSalary Packaging Benefits: Package up to $15,900 of your annual salary tax-free, increasing your take-home pay.
