Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at The Capitol Hotel Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, setting up and packing down restaurant and bar areas, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and grooming at all times.

Your day will be filled with various tasks, including:

  • Setting up and packing down restaurant and bar areas as needed
  • Providing exceptional guest service by responding to guest inquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Shaking cocktails, sling beers, and engaging with guests throughout the day
  • Maintaining a clean and presentable back of house and guest-facing areas

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • PMS experience is desirable but not essential
  • Availability to work shift hours, including weekends
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
