Human Resources Liaison Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Liaison to provide expert guidance and support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and management regarding HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and organizational policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development initiatives, including platform maintenance and employee engagement programs.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including employment contracts and HRIS data.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to inform improvements in our policies and practices.
  • Support visa and immigration requests, providing expertise and guidance throughout the process.
  • Advocate for workplace policies and ensure proactive adherence to WHS regulations.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Australian employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with an empathetic approach to conflict resolution.
  • Relevant qualifications in HR management advantageous but not required.
