About the Role

As a Personal Assistant to General Manager at Stockland, you will have the opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for an experienced and confident Personal Assistant who is accustomed to working in a deadline-driven and changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary management and coordination of travel requirements
  • Managing confidential information and prioritizing correspondence
  • Preparing presentations, correspondence, and reports to deadlines
  • Information management and retrieval from relevant systems
  • Providing administrative support, including minutes taking and preparation of agendas
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Coordinating team days, meetings, and purchase orders
  • Assisting with the coordination of monthly board papers

About You

  • Experience working in a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in the Finance industry
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Windows applications
  • Collaborative working style and strong negotiation and problem-solving ability
