Personal Assistant to Executive General Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Executive General Manager (EGM). This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and facilitating effective communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the EGM: Assist in all facets of the EGM's daily work, ensuring tasks are prioritized and managed efficiently.
- Email Management: Screen and prioritize incoming emails, ensuring timely responses and action.
- Calendar Management: Oversee the EGM's calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the EGM and both internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries and directing communication effectively.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Meeting Organization: Coordinate and facilitate onsite and offsite meetings, ensuring all logistical details are addressed.
- Documentation: Aid in the development of presentations, reports, and other essential documents, as well as taking meeting minutes and following up on action items.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar role, providing one-on-one support to senior executives.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Known for meticulous organization and time management skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative Mindset: A team player who can also provide independent insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Trustworthiness: Capable of handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various scheduling tools.
