About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Commonwealth Bank Group as an Executive Assistant to the General Manager. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager and contribute to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide efficient and professional delivery of administrative tasks, including diary and inbox management, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
    • Ensure effective use of time and resources, and prepare daily packs for the General Manager to review prior to meetings.
  • Executive Support
    • Provide superior and executive-level support to the team, maintaining a professional approach at all times and a high level of confidentiality.
    • Coordinate internal and external meetings with clients and stakeholders, including liaising with other Executive Assistants and arranging meeting room bookings.
  • Budget Management
    • Assist with budget management and support, including reconciliation of monthly invoices and expenses for the team.
  • Travel and Event Planning
    • Arrange travel and itineraries for the General Manager and other team members.
    • Coordinate events, functions, and offsites, including catering and logistics.
  • Leadership Team Support
    • Participate in Leadership Team meetings, coordinating agendas and taking minutes.
  • Team Coordination
    • Help drive team coordination and ceremonies/events for the quarter.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Superior skills in Microsoft Office.
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage workflow, priorities, and work well under pressure.
    • High level of professionalism, including face-to-face, over the phone, and through correspondence.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Self-motivated individual with a proactive style, exceptional attention to detail, and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service.
