Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to handle enquiries and resolve incidents for our clients. You will be the voice of our company, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Handle escalated customer complaints and inquiries from various channels.
  • Provide solution services to customers, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Follow our warranties and returns policy to provide good customer outcomes.
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry and follow-up calls.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
  • Exercise high-level decision-making skills to resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or call centre roles.
  • A confident, calm, and respectful negotiator who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience dealing with difficult customers and conflict resolution.
  • Experience applying the Australian Consumer Law in retail or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
  • High level of written and verbal English communication skills.
