About the Role
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our dynamic team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth operations.
Your primary focus will be on providing excellent service to our clients through inbound calls and queries, while also assisting with order-related issues and processing daily orders/invoices.
You will also be involved in coordinating logistics bookings and delivery inquiries, supporting the accounts receivable team, and collaborating with internal departments.
