Director of Education and Care

As a Director of Education and Care, you will lead our team in providing high-quality care and education to children. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of the centre, including staff management and effective communication with families, employees, and internal stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Oversight of centre operations, including staff management and compliance with regulations.
  • Leadership of a high-performing team, striving to provide the highest quality care and education for all children, families, and staff.
  • Partnership with colleagues to drive excellence in practice and improve outcomes for children.
About You
  • Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Director of Education and Care, with a strong background in driving change and leading new services.
  • In-depth knowledge of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
