Early Childhood Director Opportunity

About this role: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Director to lead our team at our beautiful, purpose-built campus in Altona North.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operations of the campus with a focus on quality, growth, safety, and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business results and improve outcomes for children, families, and staff.
  • Lead and manage a team of Educators and support staff to ensure high-quality education and care services.
  • Collaborate with other Centre Directors and leaders across the organization to share best practices and achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in leadership roles within early childhood education and care settings.
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Victorian childcare regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including children, families, staff, and community members.
