Job Title: Senior Retail Analyst

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading professionals and support high-profile retail transactions on a national scale.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening our Retail Capital Markets platform by delivering high-quality financial modelling, insightful market research, and best-in-class marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, verify, and analyse sales evidence at both local and national levels to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop sophisticated property cash flow models and produce detailed market insight reports.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive records of properties, companies, and key contacts to ensure the integrity of our knowledge base.
  • Prepare compelling marketing reports, advertising collateral, and high-quality pitch documentation.
  • Manage due diligence processes, coordinate responses to campaign queries, and ensure accurate and timely information is provided.
  • Collaborate with external agents, brokers, and valuers, as well as internal teams across research, valuation, marketing, and brokerage functions.

Qualifications and Skills:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional who demonstrates both technical expertise and commercial acumen. Key qualifications include:

  • A degree in property, business, economics, or finance.
  • Proven experience as a Valuer/Senior Valuer or in a similar Senior Analyst capacity.
  • Advanced financial modelling skills, with experience in Forbury and modelling retail assets.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property value drivers, particularly within the retail and shopping Centre sectors.
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, work autonomously, and deliver within tight timeframes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
