We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer with experience in land subdivision and urban projects to join our team. Our ideal candidate will possess senior-level civil design skills, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems, and associated infrastructure.
  • Interpret civil design requirements from government authorities and private sector clients.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping teams.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding project needs.
About You:
  • Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in land subdivision and urban projects.
  • Possess relevant qualifications, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Have experience working with 12D software and familiarize yourself with local authority and state government approval processes.
