Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Principal Civil Engineer to join our Community Development team in Southeast Queensland. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to lead and contribute to the delivery of urban, land and subdivision projects.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering design, project management, and business development. You will be responsible for overseeing the civil design and documentation on various projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering projects with a high level of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, coordination, and project management of urban, land, and subdivision projects
  • Prepare technical reports and specifications
  • Provide technical expertise to clients and support projects
  • Manage projects including scheduling and budgeting
  • Coordinate between disciplines on multidisciplinary projects
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge and skills in civil engineering

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Substantial experience in civil engineering design and project management
  • Strong understanding of current civil engineering technologies and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
