
National Sales Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Senior Account Manager to lead our Priceline account.
- This key leadership role is responsible for delivering growth through strategic account management, brand launches, and high-impact joint business planning.
You will bring deep experience in pharma or health-focused consumer goods, ideally across pharmacy consumer channels, and thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
- Leveraging your strong commercial skills, leadership capabilities, and data-driven mindset, you'll drive the Priceline business forward with an eye toward both sales performance and long-term partnership value.
- Manage and grow the Priceline account through strategic decision-making, effective communication, and alignment with customer expectations and campaigns.
- Drive commercial outcomes by achieving net sales and margin targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.
- Lead coordination across internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to support product launches and account initiatives.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities unique to Priceline, including branded partnerships and specialty products.
- Develop and manage customer agreements, including terms negotiation, bonus stock, rebates, and contractual obligations.
- Oversee strategic planning, including customer joint business plans and a 3-year growth roadmap in partnership with marketing and category teams.
- Ensure operational excellence, guiding field sales execution, performance reviews, stock management, and performance analysis.
- Lead and support the Priceline NAMs to effectively implement strategies and drive results at the store level.
- Commit to continuous learning, staying up to date with industry trends, internal policies, and therapeutic knowledge.
- Ensure compliance and safety, adhering to health, safety, and company standards in all work environments.
- A minimum of 5–10+ years in national sales and key account management roles in Pharmacy and/or Grocery channels - specific experience working with pharmacy consumer brands.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with experience in business development, major negotiations, and joint business planning.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management across head office and field sales environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving ability, with experience in evaluating promotional activity and trade spend effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and internal systems such as CRM, business intelligence, and pharma data tools.
- Skilled in using data and insights from sources like Nielsen, IRI, or Kantar to support decision-making and strategy.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, self-starter mindset, able to work cross-functionally and independently.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field is highly regarded.
- Willingness and ability to travel, both domestically and internationally, with a valid Australian Driver Licence.
