**The Opportunity**:

- Be the face of our Hobart office and welcome clients and visitors who contact or attend the local office
- Continually identify areas for improvement to optimise the workplace experience.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees
- Plan, organise and coordinate workplace events in line with company wide initiatives and office specific events
- Administration support, providing cross functional team support and coverage
- Formatting of documents for project delivery.
- Organising training and travel arrangements
- Contribute to the internal communication channel sharing updates with the wider business
- Assist the Health, Safety, Sustainability and Environment Manager in maintaining company Integrated Management System (IMS
- Pool Car administration, servicing & vehicle care (Valid drivers license is required)
- Office Coordination (eg stationery, mail/couriers, basic facilities management)

**What you bring**:

- Minimum 2 + years experience in a fast-paced office environment working with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in a role centered around people and focused on delivering exceptional client or customer service.
- Quick learner with the capability to adapt to digital tools and new systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written communication.
- Team-oriented collaborator with the ability to influence colleagues at all levels within the organization.
- Friendly and energetic personality with a genuine enthusiasm for fostering an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere.
- Proactive, adaptable, and resilient, you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, people-focused environment.
- MS Office skills at an intermediate to advanced level preferred
- A team player but is comfortable also working autonomously
