- Working as a part of the broader HR team, this role supports the site’s strategic objective to build a highly capable workforce who are knowledgeable, skillful and dynamic. In particular, this role focusses on coordinating the site’s feeder programs, including traineeships, apprenticeships and graduates. This involves assisting recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, qualification tracking and mentoring to ensure the programs meet the future needs of the site.- To be considered for this position you will have:
- Appropriate qualifications in training and assessment (e.g. Certificate IV)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A collaborative approach that builds relationships within and external to the business
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work independently
- A positive solutions-focused approach
- Proficiency in learning management systems
- Experience coordinating fee-for-service activities including working within budget to deliver the agreed outcome in line with client expectations
