Job Title: Research and Evaluation Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a dynamic team focused on translating evidence into real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of research and evaluation projects that generate insights and shape organisational practice and decision-making.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to communicate research outcomes effectively and build engagement across the organisation.
  • Leadership of a team where research informs and transforms organisational practice.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing a research and/or evaluation function.
  • Highly developed research and/or evaluation experience and proven ability to influence and consult widely.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with people at all levels.
